About Me – My Personal Journey
After over a decade in the tech industry as a software engineer in corporate America, I faced life-changing challenges, including a life-threatening illness and a mental health crisis. These experiences helped me rebuild my physical health and mental resilience, and they ignited my passion for helping others do the same.
I am currently studying psychology, with a focus on Buddhism and Brain Health at Harvard Extension, and I hold an ICF-certified coaching credential. My background in software engineering and analytics has given me the skills to research and incorporate the latest scientific findings in mental and emotional health into my coaching practice.
